Is there a minimum term or a notice period?
No. You pay monthly and can cancel whenever you like — and you can export your data after cancelling. Paying annually saves you two months, and even that doesn't tie you in long term.
Do I have to pay for setup or for moving my data across?
No. Setup costs 0 Ft: we load in your services, your pricing, your wash bays and your opening hours, and we migrate your existing customer list too.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
You can move up at any time, billed pro rata. Starter becomes Pro, Pro becomes Network — your data stays exactly where it is, nothing starts from scratch.
Do the prices include VAT?
The prices shown are net, plus VAT. We invoice monthly — or once a year if you pay annually.
Are SMS messages included in the price?
Email notifications are unlimited and included. SMS is charged per message, because it costs us real money — you can see your allowance and your balance in the admin.
How does pricing work across several sites?
We charge per site, and the central chain admin is free. Above five sites we'll put together a bespoke offer — the multi-site page has the details.
Is it genuinely free right now?
The first 50 detailing businesses use the complete system free for 3 months, with no card details. While there are spots left, the prices above only show what you'll pay once the programme ends.
